LAGOinvest Florida Partnership LLC was formed in 2004. The company has initiated several projects in the Florida market, most notable being Mirabella at Village Green: in 2005, LAGO purchased 42.5 acres of a former golf course and is planning to develop the property into an elite gated community featuring 160 homes (average size of approximately 1500 sq ft) with a range of amenities exclusive to Village Green residents.

In 2008 LAGOinvest aquired a 108 acre piece of land in the New Territories for development into single family homes. The uniqueness of the property is the direct access to the waterfront at four different sides with spectacular views. LAGO will act as the developer on the project which started in February 08. The project has taken off and with property values skyrocketing in Hong Kong this will be an excellent investment.

LAGOinvest GmbH, based in Berlin Germany, is the shareholder of GOAL Service GmbH (formerly LAGO service) and its subsidiary GOAL Construction GmbH.

GOAL Service GmbH is a property management company managing currently approximately 3,000 units.
GOAL Service is also acting as sourcing advisor for international investment funds.
GOAL Construction GmbH is a total services construction company with currently two developments under management.

In 2005, LAGOinvest acquired a 24 acre piece of land directly at the Caloosahatchee river in Fort Myers, Florida. The uniqueness of the property is the direct access to the waterfront at four different sides. The Fort Meyers area continues to be one of the hottest markets in the USA. Sales have been strong in all areas of the market including golf and waterfront properties. After the development work of the project, LAGO sold this asset.
